2 other json files referencing the Markdown files in the scripts folder (1 has doc comments and was meant to be the doc index page, the other does not)
When I try the CRM demo as a controlled test, it works fine. I get the docs.html file and the docs folder that contains all the JSON files, and the docs.html file includes the CSS link.
For the website code, I only have 2 files with documentation tags because I wanted to test the functionality to see if it would work before committing 100% to DocumentJS. 1 is a Markdown file for the doc index page and the other was one of the JS files. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. One thing to note about the JS files for the website is that almost all of them have namespaced filenames (there's multiple periods in the filename, but the last one is always ".js"). Also, I'm only using JMVC Model in a couple of the files. Most of the JS is jQuery, jQuery UI and a little YUI, but based on the CRM demo, it seemed like DocumentJS is library-agnostic.
