(if replace touchmove with mousemove - drag won't work on desktop)
2) The second problem. That actually refers to drags with limit(). Suppose app want to use drag element within the certain element and not propagate event to further layers, including document. Example: a slider on some #settings layer that appears on top of some underlying element say #content (after slider is tuned #settings usually is closed and disappears).
Sliders's drag region is limited and I actually don't want underlying #content layer to handle slider's touchmove events (as #content has its own handler for that) but $.Drag requires slider's touch move to be propagated.
