Here's a jQuery swipe event that doesn't suffer from the problems with jQuery.Mobile. We'll be making it configurable soon.

This will be in 3.0.6. 3.1 will have a lot more mobile specific features.

Fantastic, looking forward to that!
Have you or anyone else had a look at running jMVC with Zepto or similar minimalistic jQuery replacement? jQ is just way to heavy for our purposes.

I haven't. But, I'm trying to separate out jQuery code from JMVC as much as possible to make it less jQuery dependent. I think this will be a focus for 4.0.
However, if you want to help us create a version, it would be great!

Were going to take a stab at using Zepto and see what vanilla jMVC does. I'll let you know how it goes!
